If you have a new blog and you have not customized the header section just yet, we will show you how to do so. In this short tutorial you can also find information on how to add your custom logo.
Blog title and description
- Go to Layout.
- Open the Header widget.
- Change the text in the "Blog Title" box — this is the name of your blog.
- Change or add the text in the "Blog Description" box — this is a tagline that will be placed below the blog title.
Logo settings
Before you add your custom logo, make sure to crop out all white space around it and keep it in the .PNG file with transparent background as it will make your logo look the best.
- Go to Layout.
- Open the Header widget.
- Under "Image" check option to "Upload image from computer" and add your logo.
- From "Image Placement" you can choose whether you want to have the blog description visible or not.
To make sure your logo looks the best, we suggest adding it in high quality format and at least 1000px wide. If your logo does not look as you were hoping for or if it is not responsive, please contact us and we will help you.
